I only did a parasite cleanse after several flushes. Used the 30 day Humaworm cleanse. Didn't get much - just a few "tomato skins". So I cant't attest to the fact that it wouldn't work without it as I was pretty clean to start.

Don't let one bad result think you are doing something wrong. I have gone as many as 5 straight flushes getting nothing.
