Hi Menomaid, thanks for your reply. I intend to follow one of the programs but I just haven't decided which one yet - think I'll read through them all in detail before I make up my mind.

I have been going to a kinesiologist who tests me for food sensitivities and the list of foods that show up frequently are dairy, sugar, chocolate, coffee. Wheat has never showed up so do you think I could still have celiac disease??

Is it best just to go to a regular doctors for this test? There is a practitioner beside me who is an electroacupuncturist and does the EAV testing for foods, organs and parasites - does anyone know if this would be accurate testing celiac, lyme etc??
