I would suggest a good IGG/IGE food allergy paanel. I'm operating on the assumption that the gut will heal itself (advice of my doctor) in about 3 months ONCE ALL insult has been removed.

I would probably go after leaky gut/ food allergy / candida for 2 or 3 months until the body feels noticeably stronger. Then go after the parasites as some parsite treatments are hard on the liver. This is just what I would do personally.
