Have you considered doing a parasite cleanse? I've never had anal sex but my odour used to be a lot worse after eating. I think this could have been because of poor digestion caused by parasites. Also for those in the Candida Forum , if you've been dealing with candida for a long time and can't seem to get rid of it then doing a parasite cleanse may help you guys as well as parasites are often the cause of Candida. I would say have a look at the parasite support forum or http://www.humaworm.com
and see if any of the symptoms of parasites match yours.
