I totally agree what Uniquity has to say about how people see problems on a specific organ(s) and try to treat symptoms, rather we have to see wholeness of our body and bring back the balance. The reason why I asked about meat consumption was becaus I was afraid of possible "crashes", which knock me out for days, totally disabling me from doing any normal activity.

Anyway, here is what I gathered, I would appreciate if you can educate me here.

1) I understand juice fasting is the best way to go.
While waiting on juicer, I can start on IF#1 and #2 with sensitive diet(no caffeine, flour, Sugar etc..organic whenever possible) Correct?

2) ACV(w/unyworm) bomb; is it parasite cleansing protocol or does it only flush out dead parasites or flukes from liver?

I think I will order unyworm along with IF #1,2.
I haven't done much reading on parasite cleansing, which I am sure I need one also. Will unyworm will help with that?

I want to get started. I will read all the links but I want to order items first then i can read them while I am waiting. =)
