Your symptoms suggest that you may have a common autoimmune problem, Celiac Disease. There is no cure for this except strictly avoiding gluten in wheat, barley, rye. There are medical tests of blood and feces and endoscopic biopsies for diagnosis. See the information pages at http://www.Celiac.com.
Some people who for some reason don't have the lab tests just start a strict gluten free diet. The autoimmune reaction to gluten flattens the villi in the small intestine and eventually results in the person having sprue, a maladsorbtion syndrome. This reaction is so delayed after eating gluten that most people don't realize this is happening.

I found that alternative self treatments - parasite cleanses, kidney cleanses, Liver Flushes and more were very helpful in managing the symptoms before I was diagnosed and work even better now that I'm gluten free.
