it also states that one should do a parasite cleanse prior to doing the flush, i completed a full 8 week cleanse back in january as well as a colon cleanse.Is it okay to go ahead and do the flush now? i surly don't want to do another parasite/colon cleanse for another 8 weeks just to get to the liver/gall bladder flush (i have a strong feeling that i may be highly congested!)
i plan on just using the ES and OO (Olive-Oil) maybe some ginger candy...
