Thank you...
I agree. I remember as a child that I had a lot of emotional trauma. When I got older I seemed to do much better, hence the ceasing of the gi problems. But you are right, all the drugs that I have been on and especially the damaging immuno-suppressive ones (to treat something that I didn't have no less) are probably contributing quite a bit to all of this.
I did quite a bit of emotional work on my own about two years ago and uncovered a lot, but I know there is more. And I KNOW healing needs to be balanced, physical with emotional.
I looked up EFT and I had read an article about using the "stunt double" technique a few months ago. So I bookmarked that one again and also a page on tapping. It will give me something to do maybe at night instead of dwell on how scared I am of what is going on.
I also got out a notebook to do what you suggested...do I just start writing emotions as I know they are there? Or exactly how does that work? Do I describe the emotions and then address them with the tapping and such? And is there a book that you recommend?
Also I forgot to mention that I need a good bowel suppliment to keep things more regular. I was thinking that the reason for the appendix pain is that my body needs to get those toxins out.
Of course I am open to any and all suggestions. The reason that I passed one worm was that I had begun to address the environment issue -- I cut out all the bad foods, and I had been doing things to alkaline my body. Once I started that, then I noticed the worm. And everyone knows you never have just one. I wasn't even trying to do that specifically for parasites -- I was trying to make it to where the bacteria have a hard time growing. But I do realize that bacteria and parasites are closely related.
