Depends which protocol you follow. Clark says parasites first Andreas Moritz the opposite, he feels if you do parasite cleaning you should be sure the liver is clean. I would guess, especially people with gallbladder problems just do the liverflush first, I did. Later I did bowelcleaning with Oxypowder . Now I stay clean with maintenance of these 2 things.
Of course I also changed my lifestyle.

I tried several of the flushes under cleansing and they all worked.
