Have you tried an alkalizing diet? I was reading about it today, and one man who had bad BO said it made his go away. It has something to do with the acidic body actually destroying cells, and that's the ammonia smell that comes out of your pores.

Also, if you have a bad parasite infection, they produce ammonia, and maybe that has something to do with it. Have you done a parasite cleanse?

I'd start with a 10-day Master Cleanse and go from there. It will alkalinize your body and cleanse all toxins. It's not easy, but it's worth it. I had such bad IBS I would wake up in the middle of the night screaming in pain. 10 days on the Master Cleanse, and I was cured. I have had no gas or abdominal pain since.

Apple Cider vinegar can also help neutralize the ammonia that causes Body Odor . You just drink a tsp. in 8 ozs. of water several times a day.

Plus, cut all Sugar out of your diet. Some people can't metabolize sugar, that's why they have that sickening sweet smelling BO after they drink.
