Hi,

I take many things that kill parasites but I see no need to pick through my poop to identify worms or whatever. :) Not knocking anyone that wants to do that here, and there seem to be several, I'm just not going to do it myself. I'm very particular what I put into my body, but I'm not wanting to see everything that comes out of me. I just don't think this is something anyone has to do in order to heal on this program.

I may listen to my liver with a stethoscope, do foot reflexology, castor oil packs, CEs, hot/cold showers, etc., etc., but I don't plan to pick thorough my poop.
