There have been times when I had no more energy than to walk 30 minutes in a day at my worst. To get out of that hole, I stopped using the computer and went to sleep by 10 pm as well as ate right. I just have never been THAT bad in terms of fatigue. The worst was before Lam's program, and that helped me get out of that but it took a couple months and was the hardest thing I have ever done in my life.

These days I tend to be more sleepy, brain fogged, and fatigued rather than towards the anxiety spectrum. I used to get anxiety very easy.
