I read both ur posts . I prob do have candida still waiting on my metametrix test.

I have blood type ab+ I try to eat for my type. Avoid simple sugars.

I get info from EVERYONE saying do this you'll get better, do this you'll get better.

It's hard to filter out the bs. I try somethings an see if I get improvement. I've found improvement from alkanizing a bit, but my body won't alkalize cause some pathogen or fungus needs to be killed first.

My electrolytes are way off. I know for a fact.

Right now I'm
Focusing on stabilizing my benzo use. Cleaning my bowel. An getting ready for parasite an candida cleanse after I clear my elimination pathways .

The magnesium does help at times. When I dint take it my MS symptoms pop back up.

I find if I dint take magnesium or antifungal stuff with stuff like oatmeal I get really itchy an nervous anxiety.

Candida prob had spread . But I can't kill nothing til I clean my bowels.

I like the alkaline diet, but im too sensitive an malnourished to really stick to it. I have to eat ALOT
