Raw garlic has seemed to help me A LOT, but you cant just eat a little bit and expect it to work, you have to eat a couple cloves per day. Now I am on humaworm which is said to get rid of parasites and help get rid of candida at the same time. let me know how it goes, u can private message me if u want too :)

THINGS YOU MIGHT WANT TO CONSIDER TAKING..

Olive leaf extract-buy from GNC- I used it good results
goldenseal- I used, not too good im my opinion
Turmeric seasoning on food or the extract from gnc
RAW GARLIC
Oil of oregano-great for candida or parasites
Pau D' Arco tea-great for candida
Black walnut/ Wormwood - for parasites and candida
Graefruit seed extract-great for candida

This is supposedly a realllyyyy good recipe!!
Candida Tincture
1 ounce tincture of Black-Walnut husk (must be fresh)
½ ounce each tinctures of lavender flowers, valerian root and pau d'arco
10 drops tea tree essential oil
Combine ingredients and shake well before using. Take 2 to 3 dropperfuls a day. You may find similar formulas sold in natural food stores. A tincture is the best way to take Black-Walnut . Tea tree is currently sold only as an essential oil.
