Hi chiron. I've enjoyed reading your responses to regarding fasting for anger release. I also read with interest your post regarding fasting to rid one's self of parasites before cleansing the liver. How do I find such a cleanse (re: parasites)? Do I find it commercially at a Whole Foods store? Does it have to be medically supervised? Can I make one myself with herbs?
