I personally would feel uncomfortable doing a parasite cleanse, in your situation, and like the other poster said, many skip it. In fact, I have never done one.

There is also a "mini" cleanse you can do where you take a small amount of olive oil (like a tablespoon) and lemon juice daily, but I'm afraid I don't have the details.
