This will be my first flush. I had my gallbladder out last fall due to stones. I am so nervous that I will get sick. So nervous that I won't do it right. Can someone walk me through it please? How are you all doing it? If someone is so willing to share step by step. I am planning on doing The Clark Flush . Is it normal to be nervous? I just finished Colonix.
