to me it looks like a lot of dead stuff and food.

You can take a little break but you don't want to stop for too long as they will multiply. Maybe a week.

As you go the die off will get easier.

I also have "Lyme & Co" and I herxed with my first few parasite cleanses.

I didn't keep up or do anything in between cleanses for a couple years and finally started rifing every other week. I'm treating my Lyme & Co with rife, as well.

After a year of rifing and then a 30 day parasite cleanse I felt like my load was either way down or gone. I no longer get facial Acne after I rife for parasites and my life long dry skin issue is history. And I'm starting menopause so my skin should actually be drier.

I continue to rife for parasites every other week and am planning another cleanse (this time with ParaPhyte - purchased at vitacost) and will treat forever to avoid reinfection (plus my husband will not rife and the cleanses he does won't eliminate his)

Hang in there - know that when you reduce and eliminate your parasites you have one more layer of that onion gone and on your way to feeling so much better.
