I am going to go and do what I do every morning, for the past five years. I am going to go read Ask Barefoot Herbalist, and remind myself of the invaluable lessons on self health that I have been employing for just as long. I have always fasted and used distilled water for as long as I can remember, and used his herbal formulas to rid myself of parasites and improve my overall health.
Because of MH's advice I stopped using all medications and stopped all vaccines. I am 42 with zero health issues and people think I am 28. I think that is pretty good evidence that juicing and fasting and his protocol works.
13 is a seriously angry person who could benefit from some detox.
And, unlike Hulda Clark who 13 loves to compare MH to, he is not dead.
