This is my 3rd time doing the cleanse and I have always had a good experience. I have never added the psyllium and Bentonite before but i was reading something about "the ultimate fast" yesterday and since i had already started a parasite cleanse in week 2 i figured i would try the P & B in week three and see how that went. Does anyone have any personal experience with taking the cleanse to the next level like this? I will let you all know my opinion of it as it goes...
