I will just reiterate in my own words a couple of things.

The anxiety can also be bromide detox, I had some bad anxiety my first few months....the salt pushes often helped.

don't be afraid of the salt pushes, once twice or even three times a time is ok. If you start to get cramping or edema, add in potassium chloride: 1/4 Sea Salt , 1/4 tsp potassium chlorde in the water. This accelerates the bromide removal.

some people have symptoms changing really quickly, other don't...so don't give up you are on the right path. There may be other pieces that need to be added: like parasite cleanses or kidney or Liver Cleanses or Liver Flush or the like

But most importantly: Stay the Course!
