If you are concerned about the items taken from the moldy home do this, go get a diffuser and some essential oils that are targeted to kill molds/fungus and run that in each room for at least 20 minutes for a few days, should kill any hidden molds.

Next, as for your symptoms, I have had similar symptoms but not as severe, I found that our furnace humidifier had moldy filters just early this week, I had been sick since the heat went on last fall and despite numerous things I know to do to get myself well, nothing was really helping. This morning I did a nasal irrigation with salt and peroxide and by this eve I was feeling much better. I did another and hopefully in a few days this upper resp., ear, nose, sinus and headaches will be gone. I plan to continue using the hydrogen peroxide in my nasal irrigation unit for at least a good week. I use the sinus pulse machine, it works so much better than a neti pot and does not make me feel full and stingy like the neti pots do.

Good luck, hope this helps some. Also, I suggest looking into a good anti fungal program for your body, Humaworm has one that I just ordered. I have used Huma's parasite cleanse and it was excellent so I expect no different from the fungal supplement. =)

Oh and one more thing, try some borax and Iodine in a hot tub, dip your head in it too....I have been doing this as well and it's pretty much what has kept me from going crazy with symptoms jumping up and down daily.
