In my opinion, unless your system is crytal clear and perfectly pure, spiking up to 150 or 300 might be safe once in a while, but taking a lower dose for a longer period of time is much safer and more effective than trying to kill them all off at one. Getting rid of parasites is similar to cleaning soap out of a sponge. You have to dip a soapy sponge in clear water and squeeze it over and over and over to get all the soap out. You reduce parasite colonies little by little in the same way. It may also depend on what kind of bacteria, how long you've had it, and how large of a colony you are fighting. I advocate listening to your body, and increasing or decreasing as needed. If you high dose and feel too loopy, lower the dose.
