You may want to get tested for food intolerances . Many people are intolerant to wheat(gluten), dairy, eggs, soy and shellfish.

I think the oil and lemon drink causes loose stools for many who would otherwise have a normal bm.

I tested intolerant 3 yrs ago for gluten and dairy. Once I removed these from my diet many health problems cleared up. That being said I still had a bad parasite problem which I discovered 20 months ago.
