I am not sure what to do now...I keep reading posts about drinking lots of apple juice about a week before flushing. My problem is that I just finished lots of parasite cleansing and in the last few days my skin is awful. It is dry, itchy and red and I really feel like my liver is screaming for a flush. I would like to start one tomorrow (following Hulda Clark s' protocol) but have not done the Apple juice thing as I have just learnt of this. I also bought some liver loving herbs and was going to prep my liver for a week before starting the flush. But I think my liver needs some tlc now. I even had a really graphic dreams last night that I cleansed my liver and it was full of really heavy objects like old bones and things ( I lost 10 pounds from the cleanse in my dream too). I know you don't lose weight but I think my body is trying to tell me something. What would you all do? Would you go ahead with the flush tomorrow or wait a week and do the apple juice and liver herbs in preparation?? TIA and sorry for all the questions. I have never done a flush and am a little nervous.....Thanks again!
