and no I'm not better yet.I have gotten some good advice here however,I have to say this forum has made me quite confused,made me think i have parasites and all these strange things bc of what i read.Truth is this forum mentally has made me worse.No one on here is a doctor,we share info from things we read,and opinions.Medications may not be the best things...but just bc things are NATURAL doesnt mean they dont do harm to your body!So many ppl on here ask for advice(including myself) and go out and buy all these products and supplements and dont consult a professional to make sure they are safe!I was told to take digestive enzymes...well guess what!?They gave me an ulcer.Bc of the hcl in the enzymes i was creating too much acid in my stomach.You ask dr jeff on here about your symptoms he says its candida,ask humaworm..you have parasites..everyone does. BS,everyone does NOT have parasites.These "doctors" are here to make money off us poor people who just want to get well.They know we are vulnerable.I was so convinced i had parasites i spent $500 plus for testing...all negative.What a waste.I want to say candida has an underlaying cause,you cant treat it without fixing the culprit.In my case I have a total flora imbalance from my mouth to my colon.I need now to learn how to fix it.Doing this absurd diet has added to my weight loss and i should have never started it to begin with.I am severely underweight,malnourished,and weak.Thanks candida BS,for wasting my time.
