If L-Ornithine makes you feel better than more than likely you are dealing with parasites. parasites produce ammonia, and ornithine helps the liver detox and remove ammonia from the body. If you have a heavy parasite load then it could be the ammonia that they are producing that is stressing your liver. H. Pylori also produces ammonia, which is how it destroys the stomach lining and hydrochloric acid production. If I were you I would look into cleansing and removing parasites from your body as well as killing H.Pylori
