i've been cleansing without much result.

i did the Wormwood /pumpkin seeds/cloves for the full course and didnt see much in the way of parasites. i had one day where i saw what appeared to be parasites when i was going to the bathroom the whole night. since then i've been pretty blocked up and havent had regular bowel movements. i've been going less frequently than i did before starting the cleanse.


obviously i probably have a large infestation so i might need something stronger. i took a fairly strong dosage of Black-Walnut hull & Wormwood complex for a few days...about 1.5-2 droppers full 3 times a day.

i have some Bentonite clay, should i start using that now?
