Hi All

I was wondering if it would be safe to take iodine, if you don't know if you need it or not?

I have chronic fatigue syndrome, candida, iron deficiency, constipation and food intolerances . My worst symptom at the moment is my bladder, everything irritates it and I know have kidney pain (no infection found). Had bladder irritation for years but not this bad. Been trying to get better for the last 10 years. I just end up feeling worse, every cleanse I do, I become weaker.

I'm doing a parasite cleanse at the moment because my Ayvurdic doc thinks I have parasites, I've done a few but I feel like a zombie.

I've become very very down with it all. My husband is sick to death of me, he seems to think I've made myself worse with all the treatments I keep trying. I did a Liver Flush in August and some how it affected by kidneys, don't know how! Did a kidney cleanse and it went for a few weeks. Not long after I woke up with terrible pain in my left kidney and constant urge to urinate, even more sensitive to more foods. So he thinks if I didn't mess around with these treatments I wouldn't be as bad as I am now. I don't know if I'm doing right or wrong!
