The illness i had before I started was from plugged up pathways from including a coated intestine, plugged liver with related gall bladder attacks and a heavy parasite infestation due to those things with the resulting immune strength which caused me to have shingles four times within 18 months. Everything has improved dramatically. I drank a lot in the 80s and 90s and still do sometimes on weekends so that combined with smoking on weekends is why I still am producing them. I have dramatically changed my diet but still eat fast food once in awhile with its noxious hydrogentated oils which adds to the problem. I have been detoxing, zapping, juicing, flushing etc for about 2 years and I feel better than ever. Mostly eat vegetarian except for the above and am constantly tweeking my diet and trying to cut out the above. I have a very stressful job and tend to fall back to my favorite Jack in the box chibatta burger combo occasionally which is death food but I love it. sooooooooooooooo Im not as healthy as should be but getting better than ever. I also did some steroids in the 80s when I lifted weights heavily and I did coke a few dozen times and lsd a few times in the late 70s so as you can see I was doomed to these health problems because I was like that.
