It is hard to tell. Sometimes parasites & intestinal mucous and/or food particles can look a lot alike.

In a way, it may not even matter that much. One way or another you probably need to do a parasite cleanse.

See link below for cayenne pepper challenge test to see if you have tapeworms, for example. Hulda Clark says everyone she ever lab tested had Tapeworms & everyone had other kinds of parasites as well.
