I would do a parasite killing program and some other preps to soften/dissolve Gallstones and then do Liver Flushes. Go on a gluten-free diet as gluten is involved in Leaky Gut Disease (non-celiac sprue). A few weeks ago I started getting Vit B 12 shots and my candida and gut problems have gotten much better.
