Thanks for posting. As you say, everyone's experience helps. I wonder if it's the parasites that are constipating you. I'm pretty regular and don't usually have trouble but the parasites sort of freeze my colon and I have to take lots of OxyTech ( Oxypowder in the States?) to keep it all moving. You might consider doing a parasite cleanse before your next liver flush. I get more stones out when I do a parasite cleanse before.
