I know how you feel - and with the holidays coming! My practitioner says there is a symbiotic relationship between parasites, candida and mercury. When we kill the parasites they drop their mercury and our candida/yeast levels rise to try to mop up some of the mercury. This has certainly been my experience - I know when my yeast is over the normal level and it hadn't been for several years until I started killing parasites. I haven't eaten Sugar in years and now I crave it again. When our yeast is high the fungus is craving the Sugar which feeds it. That's what I've been told and it makes sense based on my own experience.
