Hi Megan, I am in the middle of this parasite elimination journey and I think that I probably still have a long ways to go. I am a very dedicated and persistent person. So now that I’ve found something that’s working, I’m prepared to stick with it for the long haul.

Diet has been really key for me. I accidentally came up with a diet that is slowly starving the worms. I eliminated all foods that I had any cravings for and only consume healthy foods that the worms do not like. It turns out that my food cravings and addictions (and also certain food repulsions) have been dictated by the worms. I will do a detailed post about it when I have more time. Hopefully in a few weeks. Since the worms have been really weakened by my diet, a relatively small dose of drugs kills a lot of them off.

There has been a very strong emotional spiritual component to the parasites. I have also had some success dealing with them on those levels and also plan to do a detailed post about that. I feel more at peace now, while before I had been really traumatized by the parasites.

This forum in general and ICU’s posts in particular have been like a lifeline for me in dealing with the parasites. I feel like I now have the tools that I need to deal with them without the help of a doctor. The mebendazole that I got from Thailand off of ebay worked the same as the prescription from the states. When I feel ready I will take albendazole, probably in the form of valbazen cattle dewormer, unless I can find a doctor to prescribe some. I have an appointment with a new doctor in a few days.

Have you tried Betaine HCL or digestive enzymes? I wonder if you’re weak in producing those and that is part of why your worms come out completely undigested. Lately I have been passing lots of digested pieces of worms, which is good except for I wanted a specimen in fairly good shape to bring to the doctor. I keep thinking that if I had better quality specimens that I would get better help from the labs and doctors. Have you found this to be true?

I spent 20 years working extremely hard to improve my health in general. It is a relief to finally discover the underlying cause. I hope that you find something that works.
