Hi journ

Just wondered how your feeling after your 14th flush, have you seen great health improvements?
I hope to do a flush soon, after doing a kidney cleanse and parasite cleanse.
I also have read in Andreas Moritz book that you should have a colonic before anf after flush, but this sound pretty expensive !
