That is likely. However, for people with certain medical issues or constitutions that are too dry to handle the ES, I believe this one is good for the first, as well. According to the author of the link I attached, she is in her 60's and had been using that protocol from the start with documented improvements, and no noted complications.
Of course, I believe that the parasite and Colon Cleanses should be done before the liver flush, anyway, except in urgent situations. Completing these before a flush is attempted should alleviate most potential complications associated with system congestion. I admit that I am not familiar with Dave Frahm's complete cleansing protocol, but, I do like this part of it.
Plus, for those who have unpleasant first time experiences trying to handle the foul taste of the ES, along with multiple doses that get harder and harder to swallow, or from the electrolyte shift that can follow(I've experienced this around my 3rd or 4th flush), it could mean the difference between trying the flush once, and using the flush regularly. Also, using less oil may help those who get nauseous from the OO/GF mixture.
Honestly, I have never taken all 4 doses of ES, and have only attempted the first 2 for my last several flushes. I figure following one flush to the letter has to be at least as good as doing another halfway.
