It is possible you are passing small flukes tho most of the images I've seen show an irregular outline but they do have a red pigment. Looked at a website for Castor oil and it seems to be effective in smothering intestinal parasites and using frozen capsules delivers it to the ilium (lower small intestine) so it does not have laxative effects. If it is Barefoot's Coral Calcium it will not kill parasites to my knowledge. DE has timy sharp crystals and when ingested by a parasite will grind it - like ground glass grinds up human intestine. To kill off as many parasites as possible it may be best to include herbal mixtures in your parasite program and learn to avoid being reinfected.
