I tried my first ever Liver Flush on Wednesday / Thursday. The symptoms that I am seeking relief from, and which I've had for 20-26 months, are digestive issues (bloating, incomplete bowel movements etc) and fatigue (constant aching, flu-like symptoms, lack of energy etc). I've already tried various treatments without real success (Candida diet and supplements, 7-day water fast, Hulda Clark 's parasite cleanse etc).

I followed Hulda Clark 's basic protocol for the liver flush. I had a LOT of brown coloured 'butt-pee', but no stones of any kind as far as I could tell. However, I also felt awful most of Thursday - significantly more weak and lacking of energy than ususal, and a bit light-headed and dizzy, and a bit nauseous and very bloated. To be honest, it was enough to make me decide never to try this again.

However, I'm feeling a bit better today, and so am wondering - has anyone else experienced a first flush similar to this? And, if so, did you try again afterwards? And, if so, were later flushes different to the first?

I don't want to give up after one flush, but at this stage I'm feeling skeptical about whether or not this will help me (I appreciate that it has helped many other people). And this skepticism is making it difficult for me to have the patience and persistence to keep on going.
