It is for me a bit weird to understand how such a thing cann work...I think it should be a bit near by brainwashing while you are unconscious, right? Like some one somehow puts this message into your brain and then it becomes your default setting so to say...I have heard it may also help with people that want to stop smoking. But I find it a bit dangerous, since you are not quite in control of what is being put or taken into your brain...Are there any risks, or am I just watching Matrix a lot of times??
