No scientific research here...but I work with energy, and no, they do not become immune. Don't worry about making super strength parasites when using garlic. Your worry should be how to keep the wounded parasites off of you. (The parasites that the garlic made very sick but can't kill or they didn't get a direct enough hit to kill them.) That is to say parasites don't like to die, and you become their source for survival not the food you eat. They will not nicely wait for the next meal.

As a side note, I'd highly recommend cooked garlic, not raw...but not overcooked for parasites.

Lastly, garlic is very limited in its effectiveness against parasites. Yes, it does kill many, many parasites, but it's ineffective in a sense. Again, it's not ineffective in making them have a near-death experience, but it just doesn't have enough power to kill all. Not even close.
