Happens to me , too. I think I'm always in a fog and stuff though. Just crashes make it worse. Most of the time I have gotten pretty good at identifying what caused it by now ex... blood sugar, being exposed to a chemical, or whatever. Still sometimes they come out of no where and I can't figure out what happened at times.
