I don't know. They could be undigested bits of food, even food that you ate some days ago. Or they could be parasites alright.

Regardless, the chances are great that you have parasites.
See the cayenne pepper challenge test to see if you have tapeworms, which Hulda Clark says everyone she ever tested had, including her own family.
