This is not Iodine toxicity but a healing affect. I suspect you might have a parasite in your lung. I was muscle tested positive for one and have been taking Standard Processes Wormwood and will inhale Iodine with a nebulizer to help kill the buggers. Breathlessness is a common complaint from those with lyme. Check out Dr. Klinghardt's site for more info on this.
