I know all the general things. It depletes calcium. Taxes the adrenal glands. Too acidic. Etc.

It also stimulates the brain. Initiates peristalsis. And tastes good.

Jokes aside, I drink 1 cup of black coffee a day. Fresh ground, organic, fair trade. etc.

I haven't read Hulda Clark 's book yet. (I am on the road and it has been shipped to my box back home.) Soon, though. In the meantime, I know she said coffee is a no no during a parasite cleanse. And that one should take arginine to help with the withdrawal. What I want to know is her reasoning. How does it adversely affect the cleanse?

I can't take arginine anyhow because it encourages herpes outbreaks.
