Hey guys,

About 40 days into my full body cleanse. Even though I'm still tackling parasites with Paragone, I decided to try a probiotic capsule or two (Culturelle). This has caused a lot of stomach 'gurgling' and gas, and even though it's four days since I've taken one, the gurgling has continued!

Now, I've read this can be a temporary side effect when people start with probiotis, but I'm still worried. Anybody have a similar experience? How long did gas/gurgling last for you when starting? I'd be terrified the noises will continue indefinitely when I start taking probiotics full-time. May it be necessary that I switch to a different brand?
