You asked me about the liver stuff...well I did a whole bunch of Liver Flushes since March, I was doing them every week for about 3 months, then tapered off to every 2-3 weeks. I also have done CE's almost daily since then, sometimes two a day when I could swing it. In that time, I also did the 30 day parasite cleanse and IF1 and 2, but I only took three doses of #2 and some days, less. I have not been taking regular probiotics, just some kombucha here and there. I did mostly raw vegan during these months, and some juicing for weeks here and there, but had relapses to regular food which were very traumatic!

So, I can say that after all that, I pretty much know my patterns, I know that my gut is still a mess since I am still fighting the yeast issue and leaky gut/pain. I also know that I haven't been getting enough nutrition in from doing enough juice....yes, it can get pricey, that is also what has stopped me from doing more. I also Need to get the Colon Cleanse done, and technically its not a hard thing to do right? lol, well you also seem to have an issue with it, an allergy right?

For me, the environment I'm in at home is so stressful, and it's been really challenging to do everything I need to do. You find ways, you cut back on things, you cope- but really, this program- the IP, the healing lifestyle, the protocols, juicing, tincturing, kefir'ing, loving, exercising, barefooting, enema'ing, everything- it's really just soooo so so common sense. It's just about getting only good things in, no matter what the illness, and letting the body heal itself. It's so simple I could cry sometimes.

So what stops us? Life, people, circumstances? All I know is that for everyone, it's gonna be about mind over matter- and I don't mean that in any sort of 'new age' way- I just mean that the road to healing is going to have many challenges no matter who you are and what 'illness' you have. But I know that in every moment, no matter what the circumstance, you always have a choice. There is always a choice to be made, and that's where we build our spiritual/mental/physical muscles....just one good choice, then another, then another-and before you know it, things start to look up.:)

I know for you the reactions are bad. I think you react to the products more evidently, or outwardly, than I do. My reactions I seem to be used to, on some level. I really hope there is a way for you to do a colon cleanse. Has Uny suggested anything about that? Like can you take the IF1 and 2, or do you always have a reaction to them? Forgive me if you already mentioned it and I missed it:)
