hello

it's been about 2 weeks since i've started taking p&b shakes and i'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this tight feeling at random times of the day while taking the shakes

it doesn't necessarily hurt but at random times of the day i feel this kind of.... tugging feeling.. i don't know how to explain it clearly but can anyone tell me if this is normal or if i should stop

i'm also doing the parasite cleanse if this bit of information is important too

also, how many bowel movements a day is considered having a healthy colon
