I am 33 years old, a woman.

I suffer from premature aging due to hypothyroidism. My hypothyroidism is somewhat controlled since most of its symptoms have disappeared, except for the premature aging, which shows especially in my hands.

I followed a naturopathic program and achieved great results, thank God without any drugs, but with diet and nutrients. Nevertheless, I am very worried about the premature aging of my skin. I follow a vegan diet, detox and follow Hulda Clark parasite program; but nothing seems to help.

I don´t use any chemicals on my skin. I use lotions that are natural according to what Hulda Clark s describe as natural.

I would like to reflect the natural style I follow, but my skin does not show it... :( As a matter of fact today somebody I know remarked how old my hands look and told me I should "do" something about it...The person who told me that believes in using harsh chemicals on the skin and by seeing how I have prematurely age that person is confirming, in a way, what modern cosmetology tries to make every women believe...

I need a change in my skin, for myself and to let others know that the natural lifestyle has a lot to offer. I also have mild Acne and open pores. I believe that all is related to a not completely functional thyroid, any help is appreciated and welcome.
