Eh. I wish I could get peristalsis going. I just don't really get bowel movements anymore, and peristalsis occurs usually in the morning, but very weak. I'm just drained of not being able to have any bowel movements and having everything stuck inside me.

It doesn't really matter what I eat, I can't seem to have normal bowel movements anymore. Taking Bentonite clay and Vitamineral Earth don't seem to be doing anything to move my bowels. I need help.
